How Improv Changed My Life | Learning Not To Be Controlled By Fear

That's right, improv changed my life. If you have ever been held back by fear, then you'll know how limiting and self defeating it it. Through improv (improvisation) I learnt so much about creation and DOING. I learnt that there is more to my life than my fear.
Once you know that, you can move beyond it. You can live the life you want.

Thank you for sharing this. As soon as the closest improv school near me reopens I plan on taking a few classes or a course. I've heard how it helps improve many areas of life from business to socializing and dating and overall evolving out of our comfort zone.
