I’m excited for this experience. We did the Havana cabin and I didn’t really mind people walking by. There were very few but I saw from another vid they put a privacy film over the sliding door recently
Which side of the ship were you on?
Unfortunately the lack of privacy and the balcony being so far back from the water are a deal breaker for me. I do hope that they come us with another layout for this area on future ships so that I get a chance to book it.
It's be so great to have a balcony that big right up to the edge of the ship.
I would book the inside Terrazza to avoid the privacy issue. Thanks for the information!

On Panarama we had an interior Havana cabin. We’ll have an extended aft balcony on Venezia in Terrazza.

We did the Havana on the Panorama, we lucked up with the very last cabin so we had privacy and didn’t have to worry about people walking by
Do you mean the cabin right next to the door to the open deck?
@@TripswithAngie Yes, people were allowed to go out that door but couldn’t go in unless they had a Havana card. Luckily for us no one was walking out that door. My room was on the 5th floor Havana room 5202

The noise late at night would be the deal breaker for me.
It was quite the concert.
You can go to the special area also if you have a suite.
You get a Terrazza wristband if you book a regular suite? That's not my understanding.

I believe the Ocean Suites have access to Terrazza ( not to be confused with ocean view cabin)
We booked it but went with aft balcony. Dec 10th. 9th floor

Ohhhh good point with the noise and lack of privacy. Having to draw the curtains so someone couldn’t see in would be annoying. Did you experience any motion sickness from being so far back?

No. Breakfast is inside the lounge.
Ok, so you wouldnt book THIS cabin with the cabana..but how about another category cabin with Terrazza amenities? They seem to be VERY high priced to me. thx
I would consider it on a sailing over spring break weeks, holidays or summer when the ship is bursting with people.
But you can have a private cabin in this VIP section in the floors above.

I called and switched to a terraza regular balcony - I hate that people can just walk up onto your balcony - And into your room if it’s unlocked! No bueno.

Can you sleep 4 people comfortably?
Depends on the size of the four people. I personally don't think four adults sharing a small cruise cabin is comfortable.

Yes, she is correct about the privacy. I booked Havana deck 5 for the private area access and the foot traffic was non stop. My cruise in Aug I booked aft terraza for access to private area/privacy on deck 9

Nothing is worse than spending money on a balcony and it rains
