It is extraordinary that these senior people in a range of organisations have such poor recall at a time that was proving difficult for them all as their perceived understanding of 'facts' were being increasingly challenged. Unprecedented times were met with a lack of curiosity, professional or personal.

It will help establish that the PO witnesses are all suffering from feigned collective amnesia. What a disgusting group of pathetic tellers of untruths.

If anybody is hoping for a confession, or the hand written 'No to be shown to the defence' note, then you're going to be disappointed. They all knew what they were doing, and were very careful not to leave a paper trail. Everything was deliberately vague so that they could deny it later, or claim that it isn't what they meant. This guy was handed a case load that he was woefully under qualified to deal with, and that was also deliberate. A decent criminal lawyer would have refused to touch the POL case, but CK were making a fortune off of this, and they weren't about to give that up. At some point, Harry was aware of what was happening, but his ego and paycheque wouldnt allow him to do anything about it.

How could Hugh Flemington qualify as a solicitor and not know something as basic as the burden of proof in criminal proceedings, nor the duty of disclosure? This truly beggars belief.

Wow, yet another over-paid manager suffering from memory loss. This has happened so many times now, that surely, it's a diagnosable syndrome: On high public salary, Unable to read/understanding basic language when in email format, complete memory loss (limited to only when the sufferer is in meetings), unable to understand basic questions, no empathy for anyone not on their pay-scale, and convinced they are smarter than everyone around them (including KCs and retired Judges and especially the people who pay them: the taxpaying British public): Post Office 'Not Me Gov' Syndrome.

A good lawyer either needs enough integrity to tell the truth, or an ability to lie convincingly. This dude has neither.

Never mind what he couldn’t remember. The fact is he is complicit in supporting POL continuing to prosecute SPMs based on Horizon data, while Second Sight investigated the integrity of Horizon. If his car made strange noises while barrelling down the motorway, would Harry carry on driving and not stop?!
