** Tuna Steaks with Lemon Butter sauce**
4 pcs. Tuna Steaks
Salt & ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried sweet basil
3-5 Tbsp Lemon juice
4-6 Tbsp butter ( I used salted butter)
1-2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2-3 Cups of Chicken broth (Subs: Fish / beef/ Vegetables Broth or just water)
2 Tbsp dried parsley
Lemon & fresh parsley for garnish ( optional)
Ingredients can be adjusted base on your taste & preference!

This was a fantastic recipe. Even if I don’t cook it as well done as you, it doesn’t change the fact that the recipe is delicious. Some people cook things more done than others and I don’t know why people have to interject what THEY like to eat onto YOUR food. How obtuse and self important someone would have to be to think that way.
The gravy for this was amazing!! I added everything bagel seasoning to what you had and it was also delicious! Gave it a little bit of a crunch coating and paired nicely with the seasonings you used! ❤

This tuna is cooked to overdone. The tuna is only supposed to sear for no more than 30 seconds on each side. This is ruined tuna steaks.

some people like to enjoy the taste of their food instead of undercooking it to "appear" healthy. ive never heard any of my relatives over 80 and healthy say they eat their food undercooked like you guys like to eat it. No one has to be looking at flesh like food to be healthy. keep that in your community and let everyone else actually enjoy their meals.
