    1. Touch the ground / heels / toes.
    2. Fist must fit between knees.
    3. Elbows should reach knees.
    4. Look "through" eyebrows.
    5. Fit fist behind knees.

    Follows rules, gets in position…this is extreme! Doing it standing feels weird holding it, skating I would struggle. I don’t have your leg muscles 😂

    Nice theory for everybody that has at least 2hrs per day for training thighs . for all normal people, this is unreachable goals.

      You dont NEED 2 hours to train anything. All you need is 30 minutes. Also if you don't have 2 hours then I guess you can't go rollerblading either huh? No need to watch the video.
      If you want to prioritize rollerblading or fitness then you can.
