Follows rules, gets in position…this is extreme! Doing it standing feels weird holding it, skating I would struggle. I don’t have your leg muscles 😂

Nice theory for everybody that has at least 2hrs per day for training thighs . for all normal people, this is unreachable goals.
You dont NEED 2 hours to train anything. All you need is 30 minutes. Also if you don't have 2 hours then I guess you can't go rollerblading either huh? No need to watch the video.
If you want to prioritize rollerblading or fitness then you can.
