Part of the reason that she is relatively unknown is that many of her videos under damiimVEVO are blocked to the biggest music market here in America. I had to purchase a lifetime vpn to access the server in Australia. Getting a vpn was one of the best purchases I ever made and that is solely to see Dami videos. What a national treasure she is for the Aussies! She should not be kept a secret to the world! Hopefully her Eurovision appearance will make her more known to music fans around the world. One thing I would like to note. A number of people have made the comment that Dami is covering old songs on her Classic Carpenters album and some have wondered why she would do that rather than release new material. The clue is in the title. Dami has a classical musical background. Classical musicians "cover" classical compositions. Nobody ever asked Luciano Pavarotti or Yehudi Menuhin why they only covered old songs rather than make new ones or why the London Philharmonic orchestra keeps covering old Beethoven tunes. To Dami, to cover classical pop songs of timeless appeal is a perfectly logical extension of her musical influences and love. I'm sure that we'll see new songs from her all too soon but in the meantime we should be grateful that she has resurrected these beautiful old songs and breathed new life into them for a new generation. Personally I think she could probably sing "Old MacDonald had a Farm" and make it special!

She's so gorgeous! Diva! It seems to me, there's something of Sade about her... I've heard her Gladiator and SuperLove, yet, dance music doesn't fully reveal the richness of her voice, she's incredible singing romantic ballads.
Yeah I doubt Dami will go down the Dance track path as it's not her style, especially when performing live even though some people want her to.

I love how effortless and comfortable she looks in this kind of videos. Dami is more of a classic pop singer in my opinion, even though she can definitely nail those big, loud songs.
