Sonic Boom blows away any other KISS album made since Revenge. Top 5 studio album of their career for sure.

I liked Tommy when he was in Black n Blue. My issue with him in Kiss is he's pretending to be Ace, not being Tommy. When Vinnie replaced Ace in 1982 he had his own character in makeup. He wasn't trying to be Ace. I do give Tommy credit for getting Gene and Paul to come out of their stubborn ways and play some Kiss classics that the fans want to hear.
