I think that I'll use just plain paper and then decorate when I do this next. Your instructions are fantastic it just that I'm new at this, my score board is opposite to yours and I've got myself into a huge muddle with directional paper. Never doubted you about the single sided paper. I've had surgery on my rotator cuff and bicep on the dominant arm last week. I highly doubt I'll be crafting for quite some time. It's driving me crazy having my fiancé taking care of me. No crafting will set me off next week. 🤣

I made this album today with some one sided printed paper. I had so much fun making it! The problem was the pad was’nt 6x6 it was 5x7 so I cut them all down to 5x5 so that through me off a little but I got it done! I loved the challenge but I know when I find another small hopefully 6x6 pad I’m going to make this again. Thank you for getting me up & getting me going. I LOVE your videos. Please keep them coming!😁❤️

I LOVE double sided paper for the most part and have some.. but also have alot of single sided papers, as can't resist them sometimes! This is a great design for using them and I'm going to go make one right now! Could be a great flat mail/snail mail choice as if fairly flat and could tuck a "card" in the back pocket with your letter. Thanks!

@@sunflowerkiss60 just what it sounds like my friend! I make a lot of Michelle's tutorials and use the flip looks and cards to house letters to my friends. The more pockets the better- I always send goodies along like stickers post cards and ephemera.

I like these little albums, but I always add more pages. I have a hoarder's dream of double sided paper, so this is right up my alley! LOL! I use the same glue, but it clogs all the time in the fine tip. I think it's my cold basement. It gets pretty cold in my craft room in the winter months (55°), and a cool 65° in the summer. Plus, here in MO, we have a lot of humidity. I use a lot of dry adhesive now to avoid the struggle. Nothing stops this crafter. 😊

@@Pinkstrawberryz yes, I do keep a pin inside the nozzle. I think the changes in temperature affects it, which can't be helped, unfortunately. I'm like you and rarely print my pictures. Before cell phones, I had take my film to get it developed so I could see the pics. We are so spoiled now. 😉

It is so hard to have to live on a very strict budget. You can't go shopping unless you want to cry because you see something you absolutely love but can't afford. You can't go to the movies, to expensive. So what is left to keep your mind busy and sane but to craft. And since covid, crafting supplies have tripled. That is why I am so very grateful for people like you who just seem to know this. : )

This is a great tutorial! Good luck with finding a house and moving. We have been in a motel for 5 months because we cannot find one to rent or buy in our price range. There are dozens of folks waiting on everything that is available in our area. We are starting to look across the state line and possibly have a long commute. It's crazy here in Florida! I hope you find something quickly and affordable.
Oh my goodness Sheila! I’m so sorry, I’ve heard lots of people doing this or A&Bs too. This market is just insane. I grew up in south Florida after Germany so I can only imagine. Are you south or north?

I think what you consider a mistake on that 2nd to last page, added interest to it. I don't like those diagonal pockets, but with a little tiny twist there I think you made it better.

It is very difficult to find double sided paper where i live in Canada. I love your videos and you got me to try some of the journals. What do you do with all the stuff you make after the tutorials???

How do you keep the paper from getting rumpled from the glue? Love ❤️ your channel..
This glue wont do that to your paper 💓
Are you using cardstock or scrapbook paper?
What about the back cover? Seems unfinished if the back isn't colour paper.
Do the same as the front 💓cover if you mind it blank
