Nice video again Daniel. I did the same at the weekend with mine for the 1st time, and looked exactly like this example. I fed with liquid seaweed extract with iron and granular Evergreen 'thick and green'. There were a couple of bald patches as my lawn needs levelled, but I`ll get that done too. Hopefull I`ll maybe get a cylinder mower too, sometime.

Wow, that truly did look like you butchered that lawn. Amazed by the results. My lawn has not been cut since June due to the heat wave and was literally all brown and not growing. Now it has rained it has grown upto 3 inches in places. Would I be able to cut this down in one pass now and renovate or would I have to obey the 1 3rd rule. 2 passes on a zero turn 😂 areas like this should not be in videos - the 4 year old grandkid could maintain this spot a make it thrive - man get into a real yard with real problems going on like like bad shade from trees, grub worms, unlevel soil, Mother Nature baking & burning then make a video 😂😂 - just joking - looking good

Great video, inspiring me to do the same. My lawn I’ve noticed has quite a lot of very low level lateral growth, similar to this one I see. However I have the Webb cylinder push mower and a normal rotary. Can I get away with mowing on lowest with the rotary first before going over with the cylinder? Thank you my friend! 🙌

I've got the same combination of mowers as you, so to vaguely scarify (not that I think it can be as effective) I get a spring rake out after cutting, drag it over in a few different directions, then cut again to take off the stems I've lifted.

@@etdj909 Excellent. Raking between cuts is the only thing I haven’t tried yet. Previously I’ve only raked then cut and cut again. Great advise thank you, I’ll give it a go.
