As well as sampling that most appropriately plutocratic of cigars, #BHK52 , we marvel at the splendour of this glittering monument that is , alongside the largest #Rolex shop in the world , one of the landmarks of the UAE
As well as being impeccably well run and well stocked with great cigars, it is altogether grander and dare we say it, more elegant and entertaining than its London sibling.

This is more like two best friends who went to the same nursery school, boarding school and university, and now they also happen to work at the same office, and company. As it happens, today they are on assignment in Dubai, where they find themselves out and about, enjoying a cigar… And, why not?

i do remember being a young teenager at the dubai international and seeing the Rolex clocks all through the airport and being amazed at the fact that it was the first time i ever saw a rolex clock and the fact that they were everywhere.

Although I’m familiar with your writings & watch related videos I’ve only very recently discovered the Foulkes CZcams channel which I suppose makes me your third or fourth viewer.
The videos are an antidote to an increasingly po-faced world.
I tend to present the traditional cigar to friends on the occasion of them becoming fathers - inspired by your good selves though I’ll start buying a second cigar for the newborn. Worth the price of a Cohiba just to see the proud mothers face - who’ll no doubt be feeling left out.

Truly enjoyable back and forth between a father and son.
Oh and yet again a wonderfully charming, charismatic, evolutionary if not a touch revolutionary episode from my favourite dynamic duo. Ahh the BHK 52 mmmm lovely a great smoke for that relaxing break ffrom leading discussions on the old Patek Phillipe.
My friends are accusing you of leading me back to my bad old ways again as I managed to snaffle a BHK 56 from one of my favourite online suppliers, cost me the price of one of my favourite bedrooms, for one night at a very famous hotel where you like to lunch, aaahhh but it was worth it, so the Christmas shop in London will have to wait till this weekend if we are allowed to travel into the metropolis.

I love all of your broadcasts. Excellent conversation and wit. I wish i lived in the uk so i could see Max at Davidoff of London and have him give me suggestions and enjoy his delightful humor. I also wish there were more cigar channels like yours. Unfortunately, living in the US, most cigar channels are rather crude and carry themes of patriotism and "manliness". Rather less gentlemanly than what you two put on. Thank you.

I purchased and smoked the 56 in 2014. the prices back then where so agreeable, just over 40 GBP for it , wish I had stocked up! The 52 I picked up just two weeks later for 25 GBP.
I preferred the 52 over the 56, both where brilliant.

Looks great. What a lovely setting. I was afraid that Nick was intentionally trying to ruin the cigar when he was lighting it up, huffing and puffing. Too eager, too emotional. I remember I bought a box of the BHK52 in Abu Dhabi in 2011. Pricing was different back then $11 per stick.
