This song always made me feel so happy. Dany receives true love from her people. She fought for them when she didn't need to. She did it because she cared. Now it just makes me sad. Knowing the path those 2 idiots forced her on, how she throws all of her core values away and turns on the very people she cared for, fought for and went through hell for. I hate it so much. I really hope the books will do her justice so i can get my complete love for this song back.
Honestly, sounds weird, but the fact that it sounds like its being sung by children makes so much sense. The song being called Mhysa / Mother, and with it sang by children adds to the pure innocence and hopeful naivety of it, whilst also adding to the tragic horror of their enslavement.
