Many inbreeders do it on a daily. But jammed up will get you blind birds, webbed feet, curled toes, Rolldowns, etc.

I have a full sister and brother breeding in my loft and they make most of my best spinner so far. From my experience on that pair is that anything come out having red is more likely to be faster. And anything come out having black or blue will more likely spin deeper and more consistent.
