Åkersjön is a village in Krokoms municipality in Sweden and also the name of the lake by which the village is located. Tourism is the dominant activity in the village, and a mountain hotel accounts for a large part of the service that is available.
Tourism around Lake Åkersjön is primarily dependent on the extensive snowmobile tourism, where some of the events are the Snowmobile Christmas Eve at the beginning of the year, as well as the Veteran Rally that takes place around Easter.
