shakti processor sucks bro. How many cores and threads does it even have, whats the speed bro i searched it up and it said its 1.5-2.5 ghz. Dude, that cpu is probably never gonna make it into laptops or motherboards, its not even available to the public yet. Have you seen the 13600k? much faster.
Definitely I can say that, with correct and intelligent marketing plus with affordable cost for masses Shakti processor can give a very serious competition to intel and arm processors.
In case of architecture it's not much behind intel, and it's much better than arm in some instances..
Therefore, with a little research and development and a little more enhancement according to the requirement in the market, they should make their processor even better so that it can become a more potent threat for intel in the future!
It's a very real possibility, beyond doubt.
I think our prime minister and the government of India must encourage these scientists even more so that they can show their magic to the world.

Let me correct u Arm max clock speed is above 3GHz and ya definitely Shakti prosessor will be in market but will not be in heavy demand due to its low operating frequency.. which means it can be installed only in medium to low end devices and will not support heavy gaming

Well Shakti proccessor is good but Intel has established their market and trust in India it will be very difficult Shakti processors should raise their hz to 5 to 6 ghz because now there are many people who use hiteck processors for gaming ,coding , animation CZcams etc🙂
well as far as i know shakti processors are focusing on smart phones right now so it is not fair to compare it with intel cause intel processors are mainly used in pcs and a pc can have upto 128 gb of ram so rendering caches faster needs a high clock speed and a smartphone doesn't need 5ghz of speed 2.5ghz is enough.

AMD will become crap in coming days like Intel used to be sometime ago. AMD used to be guardian angel for poor budget gamers. But now fame and greed of money has lead them to the same spot Intel was few years back. Even Intel i3 12gen can match performance of AMD R5's yet the price difference is staggering.

In fact open source systems are mostly more secure, if actively developed
I know they are working hard on Shakti processor but if it really wants to stay in the market then it should atleast have 2hz - 5hz in order to beat Intel they have to make it 6hz. If it is only 3 hz nobody will use it. It will be sufficient for medium range device but not for premium devices. And Intel and ARM is not the only competitors there is AMD Rysen, Samsung and I heard Sony is entering the market too. And the fact that it is open source lots of hackers can take advantage of it and commute cyber crime. And it will also require suitable motherboard for this processor. So I think the market is already down.
Samsung uses arm architecture and arm is a architecture not a processor maker

You missed the fact that Shakti is based on 22nm FinFET architecture while Intel uses 14nm and ARM's chips are on 7 - 5 nm architecture, so right now Shakti processor doesn't fit in either consumer Mobile or Desktop / Laptop category, as 22nm SOC is now considered outdated for latest generation Mobile Phones as everyone now switched on 5 - 7 nm chips (3nm is due on next year) and Windows currently doesn't support RISC-V architecture so apart from some specialized circuits / devices I don't see Shakti as a replacement / alternative for Intel / Arm chips in near future, Shakti still requires lot of development..
