I would use smaller-spaced fencing at least a couple of feet along the bottom. Those 6" openings will only filter out any trapped piglets, which will grow up to be big, trap-shy pigs.

When I look online at the gate opener, none of the are 12v. Only household plug in. Did you have to rewire or modify? Please let me know, have everything ready to build.
Help with SIM Card. Was told by T--mobile/At&t that SIM card wont work as you describe because there is no Equipment ID number in the RTU5024 cellular relay. Did the TracFone prepaid SIM card get around this serial number issue?
I bought the RTU5024 switch along with a sims card(alarm sim) from Amazon I have been unsuccessful with communicating with the switch I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong I activated the sims card and installed it has a 19 digit number I’m not sure if I’m plugging the correct numbers in before the 19 digits should I put in 01, or 001, or 011 for the country code also what do I put in in front of my authorized number any help would be appreciated

I've been reading this article, and they say to get an IP based webcam, but it doesn't seem to be as easy to find as they make it seem. Here's the article in question. With an existing unlimited data plan from Verizon, I'm not sure how much more it would actually cost. With the way this guy did it, you could just about have a live streaming setup for less than $300. I sent them a message for more information but I doubt I'll ever hear back. Spartan is coming out with a live cam later this year. Do you have good cellular connection at your place of use? I used to make Yagi Antennas. They really help.

A modified set up like this would work great for raccoons around protein feeders too I bet.
