Hi, are you talking about the soap solution? If that's the one, try and remove it from the compartment and see it if there's anything blocking the solution. Otherwise, it should be okay. Compared to the other vax cleaner that I have used, this doesn't use a lot of the soap solution. Hope this helps, good luck.
