In this au izukus quirk caused him to only be present in the internet. His quirk shows him every bit of the internet against his will. he can teleport anyone into the internet to give them a tour of what sides he sees of the internet. In this video izuku teleported todoroki, ochaco, and bakugou into the internet for that reason.
And when I find the time, I don’t mind doing that for ya!
