Please consider joining civil air patrol, it is the usaf auxiliary. You can get your pilot license through it. Also if you get a certain rank you automatically get into the Air Force Academy. They do search and rescue mission. You get free orientation flights. And if you want to get your pilots license it is really cheap. If you have any questions ask me. Plz tell me if you want to join.
DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS GUY!!! CAP DOES NOT offer automatic entry into USAFA... They do offer a Scholarship which increases your chances however but USAFA still is an unbiased organization... There is nothing you can do to guarantee entry

The most sedentary jobs are knowledge management, personnel, computer, space ops, intel, services, and, dental. The jobs i have seen outside the most are special forces, security forces, flightline related, fire, mobile comm, and CE
