It didn't have the Snapdragon 835 because it was announced back in early January before the Snapdragon 835 was available, so it has the Snapdragon 821 instead.

Major drawback of asus is there user interface, zenUI it's not upto the point, the looks are not so great and also it doesn't not have any extraordinary feature. It would be better if they use stock UI.
