Geelong HD are top blokes. Colin got me out of the shit on the spot when my shift linkage broke on the way from Melbourne to Geelong on a 40 degree day. They're the only shop I deal with now as a sign of gratitude. Merrick was a legend that day also.
Also a handy man team of Father and son that did maintenance work for Real estate agents in the area who saw me tinkering in the car park of Bunnings and welded a temporary linkage on for me to get to Geelong HD in that stinking heat out of pure kindness. If they happen to watch this channel reach out as I'd like to buy you both a beer.

Just bought the same bike from Harley heaven Adelaide. Love that olive gold. Have fun at the William creek pub on the oodnadatta track. Had a few Bundys there back in the 90s.👍👍🍺🇦🇺

Great upgrades. The handlebars are nice! With those you shouldn’t get anymore between the shoulder back pain. You woke the bike up with the upgrades. Its a beast!
RK Special and the Street Bob are my favorite Harleys. Especially that color. That's the one I test rode

I've got the 114 Special and it's a beauty! Good smooth power delivery. The only thing I did to it was put better pipes on to give it a little more of a Harley sound. Stock wasn't bad but it's not an old Shovel or anything! Sounds more like a truck than a Harley.

It’s so awesome to take the bike you’ve been riding for a while and do some mods to it and have it literally feel like a completely different motorcycle!
Those bars are HUGE, I Love Them, I have 14" KST Renegades on my 2018 Road Glide Special. They make you feel like you've got so much more control. Bike looks and sounds GREAT, Thanks Again for taking us along. Still no flames though... Hahaha

it's nice to see someone driving a Harley like a motorcycle. Here in Wisconsin, they shift them at like 1300 rpms. I am not sure why they don't rev the bikes out a bit more, but they don't. The bike looks good dude. I can't wait for the next trip.

Iv'e been a Harley (Sportster) guy since 1964. I'm on my 3rd. one since that time. As you can tell I keep them a looong time.
My present one is a 2014 Sportster "48" 1200 cc's/74 Cu.Inch. with a stage 1 download, from H/D. Vance and Hines short shot staggered pipes with Screaming Eagle intake system. 4.5 gal. fuel tank. It's Spooky fast. I can't take it back to California anymore since it doesn't meet their emission standards...it's considered a "drag bike", screw them. I''ll stay in Arizona where I live and they let you live FREE, no helmet or emission nanny laws! Come visit. Ride Safe.

Ok i am jealous of those bars! I have been trying to decide on 12-14 inch apes for a long time and I think those are the best I have ever seen. Congrats bro!
I'm glad you have upgraded the Road King. As mention before, mine is a 2009 and I have similar upgrades, 16 inch burly apes and bigger pistons and cams now etc. Only I did mine in steps over time so my improvements and power came on gradually. The torque cams were the most noticeable bump in power for touring, though. I do all my own work on my bike as I am a retired mechanic. It seems the next step for you, on you're bike could be bigger heads and bigger throttle body to make it breath even better, which would give another 20 or so ponies. Then you may start seeing fire, perhaps Danny. Nonetheless, what you have upgraded so far is very sweet and I am sure you will notice a huge difference.
I have watched almost all of you're videos and am one of you're 10 million subscribers...lol. The trip to the Arctic was epic. I once thought about riding up there myself, but not now at my age (69) and not on 10 year old harley and not alone. Nonetheless, my bike and trips keep me from going insane as well. I have also had a bad divorce and suffer from depression and I am still alone in life by choice. When I go on my trips I feel alive and I can breath. When I work on my bike I feel the same. It seems like it may be doing the same for you're health or at least I hope so.
I will be watching and cheering you on when you go on you're next adventure trip and really look forward to being there along side to see the "Show Go On". I was recently riding back from Calgary, sick as a dog (about half way home on the 2000 Km ride) with a bad cold and it was raining like hell, and all I could think about was "The show goes on" and "Living the Dream". So I made it home without self destructing.Thanks for sharing you're adventures with us all as you have been a great inspiration to me and my solo trips. Mate, i have the same bike, stage 2 cam an full rinehart exhaust. Great fun. Fit a set of black rear crash bars before ya head out! An a oil cooler cover. Jmo. All the best from Perth.

Just a little tip when lighting the tyres up. Try inflating the rear tyre up to around 38-40psi.... it will smoke up easy with 100hp. And you may want to do it in 2nd.

You definitely made the right decision going for torque rather then rpm, I had the stage 3 on my fat bob 114 and its fantastic, it will definitely push you off the seat if and when you give it the bollocks. But no flames 😂 😂, you'll also find the torque more useful on your everyday riding. Can't wait to see your next trip.

More entertaining & informative viewing. After watching this one I have actually just dropped my Harley into Geelong HD to get it tuned properly after having the engine upgraded earlier this year.
