“What I value most about my experience was it was such a warm space. I feel a sense of, of heart warmth and aliveness at the end of it.
I realised how beautiful it is to connect with people across the globe. Connecting from the UK to Vietnam, um, and to realize how we are all the same.
We all have the same stuff that we're dealing with. Different stories, different characters, different times of life, but we've all dealt with or dealing with the same things. We are, so the same as humans.
It was a beautiful space, and I love the music and the guidance allowed it to feel cozy, and for us to land very quickly to open up and be vulnerable”
