Look carefully at foaming hand soap! To make it foam it has quite a bit of water added. So if you really like foaming handsoap, you can buy an inexpensive one, then use the container to make your own by adding water to "regular" liquid soap.

When I see the "loofah" things at DT I always buy them as I use them in the bathroom and kitchen as they're so much more sanitary than other things. Actually I grew up with real loofahs. and preferred those to sponges, etc., but the nylon or whatever is even better.
