I feel like bawa is such a walnut, stiff on the outside, but a genuinely good person on the inside. Cowtuk is adorable and i feel like he is well appreciated now than during SNG days. Aadar, is hearthrob and so versatile and fun. Varun makes this group of friends into a "family".

The feeling of 'its over' when theres a major fight and then being surprised when it's not. The nagging feeling that you're not seeing the whole picture because you never really learnt to empathize with others your age in some way. All this, so much more. I get it.

I cried so much watching this. My sister and I are 7 years apart. She is and has always been my role model. We used to fight so much while we were younger but when she went off to another city for post-grad, I cried so much. She moved her into the third room when we had a big meltdown because of the AC. We have gone days without speaking but she was always there for me, she took care of me and took a stand for me. When I fought with my parents, she could make peace. She would let me in on her secrets. I cried for a month before her wedding. She is in another country for over 10 years now. A family of her own and she has forgotten her sister. I miss her so much and wish marriage and patriarchy did not exist.

Knowing that Neville is a single child who had to spend parts of his life in boarding school, had to go through a divorce and face the humungous loss of his single mother makes me feel that Aadar, Kautuk and Varun are qualified under some kind of a social service of befriending the people who have been through a lot.

Me and my sister are 5 years apart and us being girls we have had really bad fights as much. We broke a television while we were fighting for the remote. That wqs probably the worst fight. But as we grew older and I left the house to study, our relationship has evolved to a point where if I look at her she'll know what it's about.

I have a younger brother and I’m very close to my Mama’s kids. There was this one summer vacation where my brother and cousin brother used to go down to play cricket in their society ground everyday. My cousin sister and me got so pissed that they weren’t spending time with us that we started going down and doing embarrassing cheerleading slogans for both of them just so that they’d leave the game. Best memory ever!!
I'm a single child. Yes at a point (when I was 6or7 years) I was asked whether I would like or want a sibling and hands down I denied.
And NO I was never pampered.
I saw this whole podcast with my sister and after every minute we paused the video and discussed how relevant it is for us 😂. Love your podcasts❣️.
I watch every episode of this podcast series. This one I was most reluctant about because I am a single child. But I absolutely loved it. Neville steals my heart as always. And I relate to him so much about not sharing and having things a certain way. Also, I watched this podcast in 2 sittings. Mid-way I had to pause, go to the supermarket to get grapes and watched the rest of the show with the bowl of grapes. All thanks to Kautuk!

In my humble opinion, what kind of sibling you will be or what kind of sibling relationship yours will be like depends so much on the family you were raised in, the state of your family's finances, and what kind of person you, inherently are. There is no guarantee that just having a sibling would automatically mean your life will be emotionally sorted or make you more empathetic.
I exist thanks to my brother’s plea for a cricket partner, but unlike Karan (Varun’s brother), I was extremely reluctant to play cricket. My brother didn’t have a bowler to play with! 😂
