Even if they would pack a voltage step-up converter, it would charge at maximum 5%, not even mentioning that a phone needs 500 miliamps of current minimum to charge. Those batteries would suplly 300 miliamps at max.
You clearly do not understand how electricity works. The AA charger works just fine. It is not meant to give your phone a 10000% full charge. The 3v from the batteries is stepped up to 5v. There is no 300ma limit from AA batteries, that is an incredibly stupid thing to say. An AA battery can supply more than an amp. Each AA battery is about 3 watts, so 6 watts of energy, probably about 5 watts after the converter, that's enough to power 5 volts at 1 amp for 1 hour or 500ma for 2 hours. *Everything you said is incorrect.*

Quality of a lot of products is bad nowadays. I recommend you change your strategy to a channel that buys parts from aliexpress and makes their own things. For example buy led chips and make your own bright shining torch that runs off 18650 battery.

I have that dashcam at 05:30. It's horrible. The image compression for the video is too aggressive. Things like license plates get compressed into like 16 small pixel blocks.
