It shouldn't. Sociopaths hate being exposed for whom they really are. They want the outside world to think of them as benevolent and righteous, when they are really evil behind closed doors with the people closest to them.

They don't want US talking about it. They discuss it every day behind our backs as if it's normal or jelly on their toast. It makes them sleep better at night and powders their bottoms like mama.

White man from Mississippi’s: Black people stop talking about race and be quiet about racism like your ancestors did in the 1800s. Why does he listen if it makes him so mad?
People - especially NON-Blacks - want to forget history. There was a time when more or less 50 years ago ANY Black person who DARED to defy, denounce, or attempt to correct open racism, discrimination, and inequality would be faced with openly racist intimidation, white resistance, jail or prison time, or outright murder. Because that type of illegal behavior is FINALLY starting to be punished consistent with U.S. laws, there are racists who are in a state of constant aggravation they simply can't "take care of" or eliminate with impunity those of African descent who speak about the country's hypocrisy and racism that STILL exists well into present day. Until systematic and institutional racism, discrimination, and inequality are COMPLETELY eliminated against Black Americans, it makes sense to continue railing against these continued practices.
