Logically speaking he has lived 30+ years in a certain way. What makes women think they are capable of changing this person all of a sudden when they only known each other for a year. If she has certain dealbreakers and he cant reach them she should leave I dont understand why she would have dealbreakers otherwise.
Men are different they don't usually smarten up until they hit 30 not all but majority
The only question you have to ask yourself is if you're ready for a man like that to raise your kids.......
Honestly, if this man isn't praying his 5 times, smokes weed, isn't providing for his wife, Islamically, does this man even fear Allah? I'd recommend this sister go visit a scholar or religious figure and ask if their Nikkah is even valid with this person who doesn't even uphold the basic tenets of Islam. If a man can divorce a woman for not being a good wife or Muslim, it should be possible to do so the other way around.
