How does something go on this long, unnoticed? Anyone can give the excuse that victims are hesitant to come forward. If this person was only given 16 years, it means the DA didn't have enough solid evidence to prove this, right? If I remember correctly the latest sex offense laws can give anyone life in prison for even one solid count.
