  • The thought of going outside used to sound like a great idea, however, these days it is a concept that is tougher to navigate. I’ve been feeling very nostalgic during these times...revisiting old cartoons that used to bring me so much joy...and Wonderland doesn’t feel so far away. As I slip into daydreams during this slowed pace of life, the idea of "peaking over the wall" and being transported back to "The Outside" at any moment is what has kept my creative juices flowing. The excitement of what I may find there makes me insatiably curious. Perhaps some rabbits have the key to lead me in? These conductors of chaotic time-splitting fun always seem to show up right when I need them, usually equipped with a pocket watch or a compass in hand to guide one into the greatest amount of mischief in the shortest amount of time possible. Through bunny trails and rabbit holes, you’ll meet owls, cats, snakes, and moles. Sometimes the adventures are just beyond the walls we surround ourselves with and just need to crumble a bit to "Let the Outside in."

I just adore the way you can easily add those details in each of your marvelous works. Every brush stroke is made with love and precision! It used to seem bizzare to me how a painting could simultaneosly have so many realisitic components (fur, human eyes, the smile etc.) which harmoniously interacted with brave sur-real ideas (Alice in Wonderland theme etc.). Standing ovation to you and your talented works!

Never in my life, have I been so enchanted by an artist, than I am when I watch these time-lapses of your work. Hauntingly acute & highly symbolic, and also quite representative, accompanied by a matching score to a perfect edit. Wishing I had a glimpse into your imaginings, so I could accurately familiarize myself with the many recurring villains & heroes within.

Oooo, I love how the white rabbit in the can has the cheshire cat smile. When I read "through the looking glass" I got the feeling that the two characters are versions of each other , the rabbit strikes her curiosity and leads her into her own chaos and the cheshire cat antagonizes her despair and confuses her perceptions. Alice always seems to be relieved when he appears as though he is a friend but both characters are leading her straight to the "villain" so easily because her innocence makes her easily confused.

You're art is so interesting that I can only describe it as each painting just being like some sort of portal into another world, or a window into it for people to look at. It gives me Wonderland vibes (live action movies despite me not seeing either of those in years) and i absolutely love it.
Each piece you make is a wonder, and so much more interesting than any other paintings I've seen, weither your art works had stories behind them or you just made them for fun and what-not.
