I am feeling that your PC doesn't meet the minium hardware because you are record the slide with obs studio

That's because I was filming with OBS once and I got stuck and had trouble recording. I reinstalled it as well and so far it's working great. And I'm using Windows 11 22H2 and I meet the system requirements.
