I don't know how you do it but your voiceover as you show the home makes me feel as if I am standing there alongside you as the client who is interested in the house. Great job with the videography and your commentary.
Price is outrageous but im sure some sucker will buy it. No yard either. I didnt like the square house design until you showed the roof being a huge patio. That's pretty neat. I wonder what insurance companies think about that as well since it seems it wouldn't need replacing.

I like the house, not sure about the roof. We have 4 months of 100 degree weather in TX, plus how on earth do you get furniture up there without destroying the walls of that narrow staircase? Seems to me a real roof might be better so the owner can do full solar, the tesla solar tiles would go with that color scheme.
Great tour! Not impressed at all. Looks like subpar spec home. Quick build, quick investment type of home😩. Very chintzy interior design and cheap appliances for the price. Definitely not my favorite 😊…. But I’m appreciative of your detailed tour. Rooting for you … stay blessed😊
I totally disagree I just viewed this home on Saturday in person and it is breathtaking. Nothing cheap about this home I guess you just like giving negative reviews I get it.
