This was taken on the 10th to the 13th of December 2018.
All footages were from Batan and Sabtang Islands.
Batanes is an archipelago province in the Philippines situated in the Cagayan Valley Region. It is the northernmost province in the country, and also the smallest, both in population and in land area.
