This drinks tastes much better if you melt the caramel in the espresso otherwise it just sits at the bottom. Leave a little room at the top and put some frothed milk or whipped cream then drizzle extra caramel on it. It won’t sink to the bottom after a moment and just sit in a pool and you will taste both vanilla and caramel when you drink it. Trust me, much better this way I’ve done hundreds both ways

looks like vertuo plus. i have one and have been enjoying it. the pod seems to be bianco leggero (replaced by bianco doppio recently), it's a nice pod that's slightly sweet and fits well with anything.
you can just chill the milk and not use ice. Ik the drink is supposed to be "iced", but i think it's way better to just chill the milk in the freezer for like 45 mins
