Yakun price increased to $6.30... i just went to drink the ice honey lemon, large is at $4.40. but after i see how the staff prepare the drink like tiny bit of honey and 2 slice of lemon, i feel they shortchange me.
This reminds me of my time in the gym, a Bodybuilder trainer hearing his trainee ate a slice of cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner for years and not able slim down no matter how many days she exercise... I still remember the trainer's eyes showing they spiritually died in disbelief 🤣
IF since 8 years ago, have never felt more alert, think clearer, and leaner. Btw IF is not skipping breakfast, is still taking the daily caloric requirements in tt "feeding period". :D happy and healthy ahead.
Take breakfast, skip lunch (I take a nap during lunch hour instead) and light dinner. This works for me because lunch makes me really sleepy. I will just have a biscuit during the afternoon tea break if I'm hungry.
Breakfast is a must for me. I eat around 3 hours a day(most days). I m 1.78m at 61kg. My race weight is 58kg. Been doing 50-100km runs a week for more then 10years. Now i am 53yo. Not say i very fit but must eat breakfast loh...or else blue cat u b fat blue cat loh.
But the bad thing with experimenting with mind-controlling your bodily desires (hunger, boredom, sexual needs, etc) too much, is that not only is it hard for you to accommodate the 3 meals per day habit of your family members or your friends, you also slowly lose interest in all love and relationships in life...lol. Feels like I'm an alien in a strange world, where almost everyone is an unconscious slave to their own endless desires. No genuine freewill.
Believe it or not, I eat only 1 large meal a day...and maybe the occasional snack whenever I'm using the computer, lol. My parents, uncles and aunties, anyone who happens to know of my strange habit, kept telling me the dangers of just 1 meal a day and how when I grow old then the bad symptoms will appear. So far I'm still super healthy leh...for 10+ years only 2 flu? (But all the 2 flus are during the covid period...so I don't even know if I actually kenna covid during those early times.) Other than that, no other health issues. I used to practice meditation a lot when I was a teenager, that's why I suddenly got the idea to test out just 1 meal a day for as long as I can. Then I also used to experiment 1 year no meat, or 1 year no relationship or hanky panky, etc. Just for fun, lol. At first your body will retaliate, make you feel like you are super hungry or literally dying. But it's all just temporary. After a while you adjust, your body soon love the new habit.
Breakfast = Break fast after 8 hour of sleep & 6 hours of previous dinner. If you skip breakfast, you feel tired, sluggish in the 8am to 11.59am period. Then HOW TO STUDY or WORK La if no energy and prolong fasting, 6pm to 11:49am or 12 hour, half day le. Are you sure or not 蓝猫🐱

Only those who gym will understand the benefits of fasting. It’s all about controlling the glucose level
Good information. But also want to point out there're many ways; such as having early dinner and don't eat any supper.

i always skip breakfast but not for fasting. its to save $$$. Eat 2 meals a day (caifan) is only $10 la bro. Be smart

I don't listen to anyone about. I eat what i want and when i want. Who cares what other people think. As long i am happy it is the most important.

IF is indeed effective to the extent that I think I am losing muscle too, now I don't do too strict with it, still skip breakfast but enjoy supper. 😊
