Ok i JUST made this and it was so good! I've always made brownies with chocolate and brown sugar but this was the perfect recipe using common, easily available substitutes. 10/10 am gonna make again 😅

Chewy and fudgee brownies dont need baking powder

What flour did you use?
It's upto you you can add maida/ whole wheat flour or even ragi flour
i tried this but im not sure if i did any mistakes. It needed more sugar and less time in the oven. ill try it again see
maybe you used different type of sugar? i was using a more thinner sugar (granulated) and so i added half a cup more sugar.

My eggs were fresh from our chickens so I realized I didn't need to do it:)
The eggs will mix up fluffier too versus cold from fridge.

to bring them to room temp if they were refrigerated before.
