The people needs to be in marketplace and off the streets, some streets needs to be dedicated as marketplace also, that no cars are allowed. Tourists love places like this. It has beautiful architecture and bright colors. The people and government have to determine to move the country forward.
A very large market can be construed for these people to move into.... Because of them the city streets are too dirty, Monrovia shouldn't be like this.
