Kejriwal is a curse to our gr8 nation. He has made a joke of our justice system, democratic system, societal systems and administrative system! SC should rethink his bail because he is dangerous when cornered and has khalistani links as well. There is no telling what methods he will resort to when he feels out of options. Swati Maliwal case where AAP has resorted to victim shaming only adds to show that they have no scruples. This guy belongs in jail.

White collar crimes take months and even years to elucidate. I cannot understand the stupid questions of Justice Khanna and Duatta questioning the timing of the arrest of Kejriwal.

You need a court order to comply. That will protect general citizens. Otherwise police will ask for your phone to be unlocked to harass you.
It is for the agencies to get a Court Order for the Company to open the phone. Investing agencies can’t be given such powers to directly ask the phone company to open up to investigate their accused.

What about Kejriwal’s attorney’s ? They seem to have inordinate amount of influence in the SC. Is there money involved ? The Law and Order System of Bharat needs a Total overhaul, especially the Supreme Court , especially the appointment of the Judges. Secondly, the Judges should also be made to declare their wealth before they are appointed.
While reserving the judgement, SC said, he can file a petition for bail, that means, there's evidence against Keju

Supreme Court now say ED cannot arrest accused under
PMLA without the permission from the special
Court. In fact the court is also responsible for the delay in conviction.
Supreme Court is snatching away and using the powers of the Executive and the Legislature....it's becoming a bully and a Dictator in the process....
