The jobs I've been on, they're ALWAYS hiring their relatives, spouses, friends, etc. When there's a layoff, WE GO FIRST. Then they hire their relatives and friends. When they get pregnant, they get paid maternity leave, but my sister got laid off when she asked for a few weeks maternity leave. I've been laid off of more jobs than I can count. I got evicted before because I got laid off and couldn't pay the rent. I was homeless for 2 years before finally finding a regular job. I'm retired now and depending on Yahawah for everything.
