my list:
1. Octopus due to its wide range of attack by its mini rockets helps in not only clearing the path but also takes out the drone lines which you were about to miss hence my fav.
2. The classic : before getting card no. 24 I thought it of no use but once I got it that whooping laser, changed my opinion, glad that they paid tribute to the classic, in contrast to oct its single point damage along with right coordination of movements and super charge makes it coolest and deadliest.
3. Swift Justice
4. Enforcer
my list is this
1st is the Octopus as you mentioned, because its a damn beast.
2nd would be the Limp berserker, yes im going to flex that im good at dodging, i mostly use this for when i want to get the "No damage" Medal and the "Destroy 100% of enemies" medal simultaneously
3rd would be the Gladius, short range but absolutely monstrous damage up close, perfect for melting those bosses that can be damaged before they even start firing.
4th would be the enforcer, its literally the Classic (without the Modification card) with a free 10% main cannon damage bonus without any drawbacks
5th would be Swift justice, its great for a level full of those High velocity A-A Batteries and the Laser Blaster Turret on the Scarlett heart bossfight because of its high speed and agility.
and lastly i gotta pay respects to The ironclad for Carrying my ass the first time i played this game

Me too. I saw on youtube if you upgrade everything max is that...it blows out rockets TEN TIMES the size of the original ones.

Surprised that you like the Enforcer so much. I always used Octopus to beat levels 12, 13, B1 and B2, but Limp Berserker is the best for high scores (unless you have the temp max fire rate card).

You deserve more views btw u got a sub +1, i love the game as well. My favorite plane is Octa 'cause when the target something and you mow it down with the MG then shift to other multiple targets especial those annoying planes that get away and break your 100% enemy forces medal, also you chain.

If the Gladius was equipped with a long range main cannon it would have been the best plane. I hope that Infinite Dreams would install another sequel to this great game!

wow this game's updates came a long way.. i didn't know ambulance used to suck hahah.
My most prefered aircraft during the early levels when i had low upgrades was Octopus, it had more missiles than the rest. The mini rockets help a lot when the enemies are too spread out and you lack room to maneuver. Also helps wipe out large group of weak planes. Also i think its overall missile damage is boosted.
Also in the latest update i think Swift Justice's main cannon is stronger than Enforcer's. I think maybe because of the quantity.. i remember struggling at Stage 3 on insane and I managed to destroy 100% as Swift much easier than i did with the other aircrafts i currently had.
However after getting berserker, Swift gets obsolete. But hey, if I want lesser weapon spread and more concentrated fire, I'd go back to swift.

I got a barrier disactivation card then got a Doplegänger that got hit by the EMP rocket

Wow!! I mean like wow!! Listening to what you have to say surprised me. I used only 3 planes! Swift justice, then the Enforcer. And my favorite that I got mostly everything with, the octopus!! I tried all the planes, but once a plane pissed me off i wouldn't use it again! If you pay attention to where those mini rockets go, they give you a head start of destruction that can put you in the driver's seat! And yes I agree that Slow Moe Chan is the best to use with the Octopus!! I love your input keep it up!!!😉

Limp Berserker and Enforcer are my favorites too. Limp Berserker is best when you want to get Stay Untouched medal. It's like you have got nothing to lose. I have unlocked all of them except for the Gladius. Can't wait to get card no. 24. The Ambulance fires weirdly like a spray or something, quite different from what you showed here. Don't know why is that so.

Huh your swift enforcer has a different fire ark than mine. Mine is super focused making it one of the best ships for quick targeted kills.
Great Sky force Reloaded videos! Could you please tell me how to activate the energy shields to use them one after another? (So the next energy shield activates as soon as the previous one is used up) I have done this occasionally by accident but have not figured out how to do this intentionally. Thanks, Tony

My favorite planes is Enforcer and iron clad
Any suggestions for what stages/difficulties are more likely to drop plane parts. I've beaten the main story (13) and unlocked bonus stages and nightmare difficulty but I'm still missing several plane parts.

My favorite thing about the Ironclad is the bullet destroying wave that spreads out when you fire a charged shot. It gets bigger based on how long you charge.
Seektheday I'm having a hard time using that charge wave though. Any tips on how to use it better?

I like the octopus the most just bevause how it shoots so many missiles which help clearing out those enemies which will die in a little amount of damage and it can be used it multi-targeting too

I have unlocked level 11 recently (with 80 medals total) and had used swift justice all the way round. Its really fast as my finger moves and dodge bullets effectively. I don't know whats wrong with yours but instead of spreading mine shoots all the bullet straight (like a band of bullets), helps me concentrate fire on target from far away (kills enemy faster) . Health doesn't matters when you are trying to get that 'no touch' medal.
Infinite Dreams changed Swift Justice after this video.

Imagine if these two pre-last planes' descriptions were updated. Instead of "Ridiculously low health" part, there must be "Starting with 1% health" part. 😭
Yeah I agree 1% of health can also be recovered during battles but limiting it's health is somewhat disappointing.
Swift justice is actually pretty good its the first early plane thats shoots straight foward and help me beat lvl 9.

Seeing as most of these infos are outdated, I'll fill you guys in on current SFR planes that has received updates or isn't covered in this video (as of 2023)
1. The classic with laser whip upgrade now has the drones sweep its fire to the side (front to side, each side only cover 1 side), shorter range but high fire rate like gladius. You're basically bringing 2 mini gladius with the classic. Dunno if it's shown in the vid, but the overcharge shots can pierce through multiple enemies until it leaves the screen like the laser, but it gives even bigger damage output than a laser would. Truly a boss killer if you're playing on mobile (gladius still OP if you're on pc)
2. Ambulance has revamped fire scheme, it now separates your fire into 3 direction. Front and 30 degrees (i think) to the side. Now has normal health, but because of its fire scheme it has very poor fire concentration, however useful if you have to rescue and a plane wave is coming on the other side of the screen
3. Iron clad has a megabomb-like overcharge ability, but only the clearing enemy bullet part of it. The size of the clearing depends on how long you charge, but you can spam it if you're in a panic because the smallest charge is still bigger than your plane and lingers for a couple microseconds. You can also move during overcharging unlike others
4. Gladius has its drone slanted to the sides (maybe 20 degree?) With infinite range. Great for dealing with double plane formations
5. Swift justice has a similar fire scheme to sf2014 (all straight shot, no dispersion, all fires at the same time)
I haven't unlocked pinky yet, but my go to plane is actually iron clad. I use him to rescue all humans and get 100% usually because I can use him to take out a spare plane or absorb some bullets without dying. I'm FTP, so while I'm saving stars and grinding and whatnot, I'm trying to beat every stage with every plane. just for fun. but I agree about that rescue plane. Super hard to use and not worth it at all, imo.

thing is, the Swift Justice shoots much faster than the Classic or the Iron Clad. im guessing it also gives +10% weapon firing speed

Do we have the same game or the Swift Justice got an update where it fires different than the rest of the ships? Something like .!l l!. At a super fast phase..
Swift justice is op man what are you talking about it’s the only one I use and am half way + to end of game. It’s power is the tight grouping of its shots plus the speed and it is a savage sob. But I do agree the ambulance is next to worthless I only use it if I just need to rescue.

A little too late but here is my top 3 so far, and it varies by difficulty.
Normal - Insane:
1. Octopus
2. Classic
3. Enforcer
Nightmare:
1. Limp Berserker
2. Gladius
3. Iron Clad
NOTES: I usually use Limp Berserker in Insane sometimes, especially in late stages.
I also use Classic in Nightmare, its laser whip is OP, especially if you time your supercharge properly.

For nightmare the classic is built. I don't know why people believe max fire rate of limp berserker is good compared to classic's laser whip. I mean you can't just imagine how much powerful the classic is when it is equipped with max fire rate card. It's just insanely powerful almost 2X damage of any aircraft including enforcer with max fire rate. People having hard time to point the whip on enemy because it's very narrow I can understand that thing because it's too powerful that is why it's narrow. My all time favourite is classic none of the aircrafts comes close to classic when 24th card acquired.
@RAMZIBAZMI Classic with whip is strong, but relying on it with Max Firerate temporary card for doing Nightmare levels feels too limiting, I would usually have up to 4 retries only with that card and I often prefer to use Enforcer for that instead of Classic, because the spread fire still helps in dealing with hordes of aircrafts and the +10% damage helps overall. I appreciate the damage Classic with whip does but I still prefer Limp Berserker the most for retrying Nightmare levels because it is the most consistent and reliable, it also doesn't need any temporary card buffs, with Octopus, and Enforcer my second close choices when the Max Firerate temporary buff is enabled.
@@theperfumeclub1exactly to be very Frank classic with laser is damn best (for me ) I may be an avg player but the way I spent my game, I found classic with laser to be really cool, and that made me help practicing it. Like you said, yeah, the single point damage is what people may don't like, but the penetration of upcoming enemies (when you know what's coming next) along with max fire range card (I mostly collect all of them in a game) and that holding the screen to burst out damage is insane I have never seen that amount of damage from any other plane. Yup I sometimes use Octopus, its the most voted favourite along with Limp Berserker, but for me classic with laser ESPECIALLY at nightmares though I haven't reached to level 13 nightmares but rest all
This is one game I found more fun to earn things legitimately that I stopped playing my hacked version about 75% of the way through and started playing from scratch, even though I know how long it will take to earn it all because it's massive on repeat playability.

They changed swift justice, now it fires in a straight line in rows of bullets.

ambulance for the tournaments.. hands down... when you can collect 5000 points for each survivor, and 25pts per aircraft... its easy to hit 1,000,000 per game

The ambulance is now takes normal damage instead of just one shot, but its attacks is very wide and not isnt useful for high difficulties

The first two that I unlocked are ironclad and Swift Justice.
Why dont u just use the charge card with the enforcer ship? Wouldnt that make it extremely over powered?

The Classic goes to rank eight if it gets the laser whp. I might be biased (I've only seen it played on nightmare mode) but it is not very impressive.

How do you get the enforcer? I got sky fore 2014 and was playing it before sky force reloaded. I did log in to game center on my ipad on both games. But for some reason it still would not give me the enforcer. 😞
you have to find pieces to make it while you play stages
Hea right muahaha i did got enforcer for free because of playing SF 2014 but I got it like after completing the 2nd or 3rd stage so maybe they just give it a bit late?
