Details: This tutorial is taught by Metal of Repstyles Crew from Philadelphia. Today he is teaching you how to do 1 leg footwork. 1st a variation he composed and 2nd a variation Ken Swift taught him. Keep training and learning. Peace

Just practiced for about 30 min of trying to make my footwork look clean and it is really hard. At the end I could barely do a six step w/ out collapsing. Now I see this and I am inspired to go.
