    I couldn’t thank you enough for sharing such a personal journey with everyone. I have gone through something similar in life and it feels horrible. But after watching this i got so much strength that i am not the only one out there. There are people who are facing problems like us and we can heal too.     Thank you sooooo much..this episode helped me sooo much..l am sooo thankful for you that you spoke about anxiety as l have dealt with extreme anxiety and couldn't sleep as well...no- one talks about our deepest darkest insecurities because of whatever reason but nowadays l am seeing u- tubers opening about their struggles and triumphs and it's soo relieving to feel that we are not the only one facing these things,it's just that we are too scared of being vulnerable and vocal about our insecurities but you wouldn't believe how much it helped me...love you amazing hoomans 💕 😘 😘 😘

    I'm able to relate to this episode because I also have ANXIETY 😓 I'm afraid of losing people. The fear of losing my loved ones is just the fear of losing my papa 😭
    The first 6 months I didn't know what it was. I just felt that something had happened. If I woke up at 1:00 to 2:00 in the night, I would not be able to sleep again.I get nervous and scared ( fear to lose )
    To sleep again, I used to listen to BHAZANS and while listening to bhajans, I fall asleep by taking the name of GOD.
    Then when I thought to myself and did my introspection, I came to know that this is panic. To lose something and that is ANXIETY. To avoid this or to fix it, I started sleeping early at night. I go to sleep as soon as 11:00 PM.
    And Anmol sir was absolutely right 14:28 that when you come to know then you start working on it and it slowly starts RECOVERING.
    my fear : I was afraid of dogs crying because many times I have seen that whenever dogs cry, one gets to hear bad news 😭 and someone leaves you ( by death )😭
    The day I got the first anxiety attack, SHIV JEE 😌🙏🏻🔱 saved me on that day ( in a way ) and he will save me in future also.
    After watching this episode of yours, I thought my story to be similar, so I am sharing it.

      Heyy, i am extremely relating to your story, i do have this fear of losing my loved ones, specially my own family, like i keep thinking very mch, why one has to die, death is the worst thing of life, n i swear on god, i too have heard this story, like my grandfather once told my mom that when dogs cry, it means some good person will die soon, n after jzt 3-5 days, my grandfather was no more in this world, n this always make me feel scary whenever dogs cry at night, i get up n shout on them, so that they stop crying, n even sometimes, when i get that terrible thoughts of losing my loved ones, i close myself in a room and cry a lottttt, like as if i have already lost, for god's sake, everything is fine now, bt i am still in fear n pray to god that nothing ever happens to my family.......
      Whatever i wrote above, is 💯 true, i swear, i guess we both are facing same situation......n i dnt knw how to overcome this fear......bt whenever i think about it, i feel it's natural fear, like obvio everyone is scared of losing their loved ones, n so am I, so i think we r not wrong, it's jzt that we need to accept that we love our loved ones a lot n that's why fear to lose them.....nthng else......all the best, take care!!!

      I have same problem of anxiety, i was so much afraid of losing my closed ones, i got panick attack when i thought about death, and finally this happened in real 😔i lost my brother and that incidence has changed me a lot,Don't know from were i got strength to bear this, i start meditation after 20 days n then i came close to krishna even more,Now m not afraid of losing anything bcoz i lost the part of my life my brother who was the most precious person n closest person of my life, Now m totally on spiritual path n i know one day we all have to go before that we have to find the purpose of life, i miss my brother every sec he is my strength

    Thank you for your courage and honesty about a very real and debilitating mental condition. I really sympathize with your struggle and being in the public domain must have been so challenging.
    I had my first panic attack during my first trimester and it’s something that I’m sure lots of women face.The positive outcome was that like you I got psychological help and everything worked out and my daughter and I have been to therapy and still do when we have things to work through.
    Mr Anmol you’re a champ 😉physical excercise is so healthy for both body and mind.Love the episode ♥️♥️

    It’s 1.52 a.m. and I thought of watching something light so that I can sleep peacefully. Your video popped up in my feed and I opened it. Amrita everything you said is relatable. I have tears in my eyes. But thank you because you said this is just a phase which will go away. I am eagerly waiting for my phase to end. I think I’m also avoiding to accept that I have anxiety issues. And oh my god!! You people are so so loveable. Touchwood. Anmol and your understanding is visible is every video of yours. While watching this video, it didn’t feel like as if I was watching some celebrities videos or some gyaan wala video rather I felt as if a friend was talking to me.     Even I suffered this anxiety issue in 2017 just after i got married,my concern was regarding job as i was working n here i was homemaker,which i couldn't adapt to and hence I started to get panick attacks,did visit phsyciatrist,he suggested that I am pretty young and yoga, meditation, exercise will definitely help and yes yoga really helped me,kindly mention the importance of yoga too 😇

    Hey I just wanted to say that it's very important to take professional help for mental health issues as it can befall anyone , contrary to what we think. Most people sleep less in anxiety/ depression, however there is a variety of depression known as atypical/melancholic depression where people sleep more , like what Deepika said. It's been amazing seeing your journey in your videos! Amrita mam is so sweet, and Anmol sir is so genuine :) best of luck and looking forward for more.

    Thank you for sharing your story and ending it on such a positive note. I feel like I can share my story of anxiety too. 2020 when the pandemic hit I started getting irritable, didn't want to sleep especially at night because I was scared of darkness and the fact that the pandemic will never end and we will all be stuck. I was living alone in another city and my parents were in another. It was the scariest time of my life. And Once I reunited with them I decided to seek help and with time, the support system and the courage I had within me, helped me recover and today I am confident enough to share my story.

    Main thing about depression is we don't want to connect with our family members bz we think they wouldn't understand our situation & that's our mistake to hide it from sorroundings eventually that phase grows-up 😓
