Building a modern day mansion in the quaint village of Froglio would completely destroy its rustic charm and stunning simplicity which why people go there in the first place . I would never visit Froglio if a modern day mansion was built near that stunning water fall. The water fall should always be the star attraction not a modern mansion near it to destroy all its rugged beauty . I love its charming non developed simplicity .
Fortunately, it is forbidden to build something modern and not visually suitable. We have very strict building codes and landscape protection, luckily, not even a pile of money would help.

I was there, walked the steep path and came to a plain above the waterfall. Near the river which then becomes a waterfall, there are some stone houses where some of my friends have a holiday home. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place.
