Mega Man IV, known as Rockman World 4 (ロックマンワールド4) in Japan, is the fourth installment of the Mega Man handheld series. The game continues the quest of the protagonist, Mega Man, in a never-ending struggle with his arch-nemesis, Dr. Wily. As with previous Game Boy releases, the game incorporates gameplay elements and bosses from two sequential Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) games: Mega Man 4 ( tasvideos.org/3010M ) and Mega Man 5 ( tasvideos.org/1549M ).
This is an improvement to the predecessor movie ( tasvideos.org/2896M ) by 00:57.90 seconds.

Tremane, Napalm Man Takes More Damage From Pharaoh Shot than Crystal Eye, It Could Saved Some Frames. I Know you Used Crystal Eye to Save some Energy from Pharaoh Shot to Dr. Wily's 3rd Phrase .
alright let´s see:
1x Crystal eye = 3 damage for Napalm man
1x full charged pharao is 6 damage for napalm man
Crystal eye can hit him every 30 frames for 3 damage gives us 6 damage in 60 frames
Pharao Shot needs to be charged for 71 frames to hit him for 6 damage ( it consumes 2 bars of Pharao - there´s no dublication "glitch" like megaman 4 NES has)
so theoretically i deal 6 dmg every 60 frames compared to 6 damage every 71 frames.
let´s look deeper, I could charge pharao before the fight and skip one of these 71 frames due to the HP bar of Napalm man going full - next thing is i waste another 40 frames for the pharao refill in stone man + the extra menu for it.
Next thing, you see the amount of Pharao i have right before the hippo mini boss in Stoneman stage? If i substract another 8 bars of it i´m left with 4 bars for the hippo which means i´m forced to refill it with another weapon -> opening menu to change away from pharao -> another menu to change back to pharao
In the end if there is a gain from all that it would be so little that i don´t want to go through the torture of redoing this all over again.
If you however are so motivated to go for it and proof me wrong with your TAS i´d love to see it :)

No problem, sorry for the long wait on the answer though!
You still have the pharaoh charging time, which i think outweighs the crystal / i-frames.
Plus the extra movement in the menu.
I know this was 3 years ago, but i just started running this. lol
