Alcohol and cigarettes with weed addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. 100% agree I used to have Psychosis and paranoid thoughts like "people thinking about me talking about me etc. Very odd behavior after getting off Adderall from 7-16. Antidepressants at 18-29. 31 now. I took way to much, but took about 20g of Gold caps (Psilocybin containing mushroom) I analyzed my entire life. The emotions that came out helped me understand behavior etc more. Wont ever need to do it again because I'm happy and contempt forever, but I wish more people did this to alter their perception of reality. Would help with healing much trauma

Psilocybin flipped the off switch on my social anxiety like a light switch. It's effect lasted long enough that I thought it permanent. My anxiety and doubts and lack of self worth was gone. Anything that can make you love yourself should be legal.
Everybody is struggling with mental health and could benefit from careful therapeutic use of substances like these. Wanna try, but keep being told I can't do it alone for the first time.

This is about the funniest thing I've ever seen! Every Sunday I play with the same guys. They enjoy weed, I drink beer like they aren't going to make anymore. We are all decent players capable of fine golf. The youngest is 57. The three of us yuck it up just like you. Mushrooms? That just added a new level of funny. There's not a damn thing wrong with having fun with your friends....until we all have to go home to our wives. Every Sunday evening I lay in bed thinking about how much fun we had, and how much fun we'll have next Sunday. Everything in between is a cacophany of nonsense.

Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.I now have a more calm mind
