    Could you please explain the difference between viso and facce! Thanks in advance! Your lessons are priceless 😊🙏

    • @ItalianTeacherValentina
      @ItalianTeacherValentina  Před rokem +2

      In general, "viso" and "faccia" are synonims, they both mean "face". But I'd say "viso" is more elegant, whereas we use "faccia" also for animals' face. E.g. if I talk about my own face, I can say "la mia faccia", but saying "la tua faccia" to someone else may sound a bit rude.

    I have a question about the Italian word for Right, I am very new to learning Italian (2 weeks) and find your channel a great help so thanks. Can you please tell me the difference between giusto and Destro both seem to mean Right. Ciao

    • @ItalianTeacherValentina
      @ItalianTeacherValentina  Před rokem +2

      Ciao Daniel! The confusion comes from the fact that in English you use "right" to mean two very different concepts.
      If you want to say "right" as the opposite of "left", then in Italian it's right= destra
      If you want to say "right" as in "correct", then in Italian it's "giusto"
      Hope this makes it clear!

    Why do you only give the féminine articles. You should give masculin and plural too. So we learn how to use correctly

    • @ItalianTeacherValentina
      @ItalianTeacherValentina  Před rokem

      That's not what I did. I explained it here czcams.com/video/EtuRDQNObJ8/video.html
      I used articles for irregular or trickier ones to help with memorization, and there are both masculine and feminine nouns (eg "il dente") in this video.
      This video wasn't about articles. It was about body parts. For articles I nave a dedicated class, the link is in the description.

      This means you have a good understanding of the phonetics and pronunciation but you need to work more on vocabulary and grammar. ;)
