IAS officer or even any group B officer like inspector ears a lot of money per month and has power too. Btw my cousin brother is an income tax inspector and he earns rs5-6 lacs per month on average, it's been less than a year since he joined .

After working 5 to 6 years for only one exam where your success ratio is too much less and at last if you can crack the exam you would get only 1.5 lakh to 2.5 lakhs. I don't know then why most of the Indians parents and society prefer government jobs. Though I respect government jobs but I think our youths should not depend in this only one thing. I don't know then why most of the Indians parents and society prefer government jobs. Though I respect government jobs but I think our youths should not depend in this only one thing. Lot of much better career option is also available 🙂😳👍
