Great information and thank you for not wasting our time with a lot of chatter, goodness, some of these videos take 20 to 30 minutes to not even tell us what you managed to tell in less than 10 min, thank you. Now I'm off to make some yogurt.

That was the most detailed set of instructions. Loved that you showed every step you made on the IPot panel. You're an excellent teacher ! Thank you so much for making this video.

Going to try this with some plant-based milk as I have a family history of cancer and need to avoid all the estrogen in dairy--thanks for posting

This is the absolute first video which i found within the last 4 hrs of researching, that is so thorough that it even answers the question of whether it is necessary to add water or not when making yogurt in the instant pot. Great job! Superb tutorial!

Very pleasant voice. Clear enunciation of words and clarity which many times is rare in CZcams. And the bonus here is that it doesn’t have annoying background music - better yet, no music at all. Right now we’re trying this recipe with 2 bottles of 52oz. ea. Fairlife milk. We just put 7 Quattro Stagioni, 8 oz. jars in our 10 qt. Instant Pot. We used 1 tsp. of yogurt we previously made for each cup of milk. It is set up for 8 hrs. Crossing fingers. However, we have a question about using probiotic capsules. We have Swanson’s Epic Pro, 25 Strain Probiotic with all of the mentioned required strains of bacteria and some others. How many caps per cup should I dissolve in the milk when using these probiotic capsules. P.S. the jars are some times in Amazon, but I found this size in T.J. Max.

If you remove the platform and carefully position them, you can get three one-quart mason jars in the six-quart Instant Pot. That lets you make more and have the yogurt already in its containers.

Can you please tell me when you add the starter yogurt can you add honey or syrup at the same time. I am hopping to make some next week if not this week. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this.

Have you tried adding vanilla bean or other flavours after scalding the milk?
