To soften it, deep condition her hair as often as you wash and get a good moisturizer or deep conditioner.
PS: I hope you don't mind...... The wools don't grow her hair. No hairstyle grows hair. The hair grows on it's own coupled with proper maintenance. The styles help protect her hair well enough for growth to be noticed also it stretches the hair making it look like growth.

Beautiful hairstyle. Pls how do I prepare the clove water you listed in the description box. Indeed, the oil has been so helpful on my daughter's hair also.
Just pour some water into a container add your cloves then cover and leave it for 48 hours. After 48 hours, sieve out the cloves and there you have it, your clove water is ready
