Bradly Hughes’ Downunder board helps with this.

Is that also true for 1 wood, hybrids and fairway woods?

I still don't understand how the bottle helps. Would be better if shown with a person that has the problem.

Feedback, got it. Show the drill. Don’t need a five minute explanation repeating the same thing.

I like what you teach but i wish sometimes you guys would just get to the lesson after the why and how instead of dwelling so much on the what not, and the wrong..👍

Thanks for the feedback. For a lot of players they don’t have a proper understanding or context of why they need to make a change hence why we discuss it first. Otherwise it is just a solution with no real problem if the viewing doesn’t know what they’re supposed to be looking for

5 min on water bottle before we knew what the drill was or what to do with it…great lesson but may want to edit video…y’all have great info

Good and bad. Research has proven many of the greatest ball strikers, in fact, reflex the trail knee rather than keeping it nearly straight thru transition and downswing....so, quite different than shown in this video.

WTF. That's not what pros do. Terrible video IMO, sorry. They flex the trail knee very quickly in the downing. If anything, amateurs keep the trail leg super straight in the downswing, or they flex it very late. The bad golfers who flex it fast and come over the top are primarily beginner golfers.
