While this map could've used more polish, I think the aesthetic was super well executed. It really was a cool looking map despite a couple glitches

I love that there were multiple hiding spots that prevented the hiders from moving to new locations. Definitely made it more interesting.
I kinda prefer not moving rule, it makes it more exciting to watch from seekers perspective. Then again, moving makes hiders perspective more exciting, the thrill of see one of them attempt an insane evasive maneuver like Scrapman did in the previous episode; Moonbo was the seeker and he had found out Scrapman was hiding in a trash pile, but while Moonbo went to open the hiding place Scrapman jumped out and juked him around the pile. It was about milliseconds that Scrapman got away. One of the greatest moves in this series’ history in my humble opinion.

This is why Hide And Seek games should allow lifts or blocks in case of accidents.
Nah, this rarely ever happens. The map was just poorely made... Don't get me wrong it looks cool but with how many places you can get stuck in it seems unfinished and rushed.
Not a mechanic within challenge mode sadly :/

@@nicok.1491 A LOT of these maps have been like that. The first few maps were all amazing. Then the quality just nosed dived into pure stupidity.

Yeah, I did...
There are many hiding spots, and most of them have complex connections... even with all my play testing, this one slipped through... But in the end it did made me laugh 😅
I rate this map a generous "-B"
Problematic, too many oversights, not "many" spots, but, the spots it did have were contraption based which is always a positive but nothing "over-the-top" like we seen with some of the S-Tier maps. And, despite the limited hiding spots, it was "just" enough to last just long enough as any map should.
All and all? Half decent. Gud job maker, ya done gud. 👍

The map was probably rushed since they wanted to have a video be made on it unlike some well made maps*cough*Medieval town*cough*
@@SimplicityOpposed You do get they don't make the maps or ask people to have a map ready by X date, right? Maps are community submissions to the workshop. If a map is bad, the video schedule has nothing to do with it. The map maker is the one who decides when to submit it. And even then, the guys might not even use it.
If it's rushed, then it's for no other reason other than that the maker chose to publish before polish.
Let's not forget about the fact that he forgot to hook up the one switch that prevents you from getting stuck

if they restarted the map and moonbo got into a different spot, shouldnt the time be reset as well?

That’s what I was thinking. They should have reset in the same positions and when the time is the same when he fell, continue from where they were

@@icyiyes4846 not exactly his fault he couldnt get out of it though really should have started in the same spots but been able to try to escape once time started not been able to use the 2 min at the beginning to find an entirely new spot to hide in

There's a multiplayer mod in Teardown. Maybe try Hide & Seek there, at least once.
Going to a different spot after ScrapMan got stuck by accident was cheating, in my opinion. It’s all in good fun though.

You could also do some sardines, where one Person hides and all the seekers that find them hide with them
Sardines is only good with +4 people.

@@irrelevantsafety Nah, it's actually easier to do sardines than normal hide and seek. You just can't have an "open" map like this. Like, the subway map they did awhile back would be good. Doesn't need to be big or small, just gotta be something that has some "navigation" to it's design.
Moonbow definitely shouldn't have been allowed a new spot when they reset, so Scrapman won by way more than he did by their count in my eyes

Day 76 of asking scrapman to do a multiplayer monday in survival mode where everyone starts at the crashed ship with a craftbot set up in the mechanic station, and everyone has 30 minutes to build a vehicle from scratch, no glitches, thrusters allowed, after which everyone meets up and races along some road :)
I like how you are both tag teaming who goes first by picking whoever is the furthest from the seaker.
Next hide and seek you should scream and act like someone found you right after the seeker opens a spot even though youre not actually there.

I love these hide and seek videos, they're by far the ones I anticipate the most.
They literally completely ignored the space base XD
MM idea : get trucks that have smaller trucks on the bed, and the small trucks have turrets on them, you try to race while small ones are shooting and at the end you plop the small ones out and they fight because they are from cardboard

Would of been hilarious if Kan was in direct line of sight for Scrapman's auditorial hint so when Scrap gave his spudgun hint, he shot kan in the back instead of the ground.

I have an idea for a hide and seek challenge so what you’re going to do is there’s there I don’t know if there’s a mod yet maybe you can contact them to make it but decoys you can set the decoys in random positions like crouching facing down
i love how whenever kan says that scrapman’s spot is gonna be so obvious is when he’s right next to where scrapman is
mm idea, this would have been better as a race but maybe you can work it into a challenge somehow. using vehicles that can only move forward and back or strafe not both and maybe in first person. i dunno, just spit balling ideas

Ah, I remember the old days of scrap mechanic
idea for video (scrap mechanic): search "complex car" and race those cars on physics 1
I feel like it was unfair that Moonbo was able to move to another hiding spot after Scrapman got stuck as seeker and they had to reset. They kept Scrapman's time penalty but allowed the hiders to completely start out like it was a new round. By all accounts. Scrapman found Moonbo at the minute mark before the reset, and just needed to tag him. Not fair to have given him the time penalty, but also make him start a brand new round
The trex actually has very good eye sight, they can 13x better than humans and thats better than a hawks vision, the trex vision is based on motion was created by jurasic park, and i can tell the first people to watch were people that dont know a lot about dinosuars

I would like to see what if there is only 1 hider and 2 seekers. Who is the best hider?
I think if you didn't have a backpack ScrapMan, you might have had an easier time in that pit you hid in at the start when Moonbo was seeking
next time the seeker gets trapped unless they have found someone, just restart. It will be easier for everyone
In the first round, if ScrapMan held his spudgun, he wasn't visible from above and I was just telling my computer to hold the spudgun.

5:06 => To be fair, You have seen a lot of pictures of 3-dimensional objects. That said, the pictures aren't in 3D. The support can be in 3D (folding the picture sheet, having a curved computer screen, etc.) :þ
