  • How to Make Water Pump Free Energy - Large Size (Ram Pump) using a 3 inch PVC pipe with two valves.
    height: 72 m from ground level
    input pipe length: 120 meters using a 3-inch pipe
    Input pipe elevation: 2.6 meters
    Out pipe length: 478 meters
    NOTE: This pump uses hydropower as an energy source, to lift the amount of water as much as possible to a higher level, the source of incoming water flows along 120 m. with the power of the water can raise water as far as 478 m, with a height of 72 meters. It takes two exhaust valves to be able to produce energy so that it can supply the water that is needed.
    This pump is named "IETEUGA" (strong water) is designed to be able to overcome water requirements above altitude.

    *memamfaatkn tekanan air yg masuk ke pipa besar, mendorong katup, sehgg tertutup, dan tekanan air yg kuat dan terjebak, otomatis akan menekan air keatas dan mengalir, makanya air yg keluar kadang besar kadang kecil, karena hentakan tekanan air ,seiring bka tutup katupnya, posisi air yg di ambil harus lebih tinggi dr pompanya, karena pipa besar dgn mudah masuk memenuhi pompa,semakin panjang pipa besarnya maka semakin kuat tekananya*

    Alhamdulillah banyak pengembangan dan jadi sangat bermanfaat, kami pernah membuat pompa sprti ini diponorogo thn 2006 dan bukan sungai melainkan sebuah kubangan sumber mata air kecil didasar jurang utk mengairi kebutuhan desa berjarak 3km dari mata air tsb...     การจัด แรงดันของท่านผิดที่ ทำให้น้ำเดินไม่แรง ท่านทำแรงดันนั้นสวยมาก แต่แรงดันของน้ำไม่ไหลเลย ไหลแต่น้ำช้ามากๆๆ ท่อส่งน้ำจ่าย ต้องอยู่ใต้ ท่อแรงดัน จะทำให้น้ำส่งแรงดันน้ำแรงเป็นสิบเท่าตัวเลยทีเดียวครับ ถ้ามีโอกาศไปเทียวทีนั้น ผมจะไปหาท่าน ครับ

    This is enough to even power a shower or a toilet, it's slow though, but no electricity needed. You can fill up water tanks higher up and then use the water with higher pressure.

      but you need constant input and output. for example if out put 10 ltr/sec for running turbine then water input in tank reserviour must be same 10/sec. so you will get electricity for 7/24. for this you need to fix more Ram pumps to get constant in flow. Thanks

    Mục đích cái hydraulic ram pump này là đem nước từ chân núi lên sườn núi or đỉnh núi (từ vùng thấp --> cao) thay vì phải vác từng xô không biết đến tháng nào năm nào!
    Có thể sử dụng máy bom nước để làm điều tương tự nhưng cái này tự động đỡ tốn tiền điện\tiền dầu hơn.

    Buat yang kepingin pasang, salah satu syarat yang penting banget itu posisi sumber air harus lebih tinggi daripada hidram/ram pump. Karena pompa ini bekerja dengan menghimpun tekanan air inlet kemudian diteruskan ke outlet. Pompa hidram masih bisa beroperasi dalam kondisi tergenang tetapi tidak tenggelam dengan kata lain tekanan pada pipa inlet harus lebih besar daripada tekanan air/udara di valve/katup (pada video disajikan hidram dengan konfigurasi dua valve).

    Running water is free energy. The Ram Pump simply harnesses and converts this energy and pumps the water up. So, as long as the river/ stream water is flowing, the energy to power the pump is there.
    The more the flow, the more the energy, and the more water it can pump.

      for Materials all available in your Country, use strong PVC pipe. look for a water source that has an elevation, a minimum elevation of 2.5 m

    It would work better if you did not have the downward sloping section of the outlet pipe. That causes a siphon action when the pressure is released causing the mechanism to react slowly like it is. If you did not have that you would have faster action had to put more water

    You could improve the pump by making the waste flow out sideways and away from your concrete to prevent erosion

      That would require spring material. In this case the valves are controller by weights and gravity. Which is far more reliable and require less maintenance.

    Very nice. I have not seen one of these with the water output coming straight out of the stand pipe.
    A nice addition would have been a valve on the 3" supply to be able to more easily service the stand pipe of check valves in the future. Other than that, this is definitely a big boy ram pump!

      can use a 3-inch pump 2 exhaust valve
      elevation elevation from water source to pump min. 6 m,
      if the elevation of the water source to the pump is 3 meters, you must install an 80 mtr input pipe. because it takes pressure to open the drain valve at the hydram pump, this is due to the pressure of the water on the outlet pipe at an altitude of 100 m.

      @@TradisionalChannel_Indonesia Thank you for the information, this is very helpful for the local community ,, because they have to walk from the house to the source if the rain water has been finished by the reservoirs in each house or the electric pump system and the generator is broken, once again I'm sorry someone missed information from me, source elevation 1 = + 8.91, source elevation 2 = + 8.95, source elevation 3 = + 11.95. source elevation 4 = 12.95, all sources flow into reservoirs + 7.45 elevation springs, the distance from the reservoir to the pump can only be 30 meters because of the high cliffs / abyss, can it go up to 500 meters high, ,, there are more questions so what is meant by using the exhaust valve 2 pump 3 inches, made 2 pumps huh? Thank you.

      el agua tiene que circular por el tubo....por lo tanto tiene que haber un desnivel....si tienes agua pero no desnivel ,tienes bombas de memenbrana de autocaravanas y placas solares con batería o con energia eolica
